Marshall Realty was started in 1977 by Dennis Marshall. Dennis was born and raised in Ottawa, Illinois, and graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. He has lived in Dickeyville since 1973 with his wife Cleo. Together they have a son, Jeff, and two grand kids. Lois Kieler joined Marshall Realty in 1990. She is married with three children and four grand kids. Lois grew up a farmer's daughter outside of Dickeyville, married, and has lived in the Kieler/Dickeyville area for 50 some years. She sells residental, land, and farms. Denny also specializes in these areas. Both are members of the Southwestern Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors.
Denny and Lois have been multimillion dollar producers for numerous years. The market has changed, so their many years of experience are a huge plus in today's market. Houses are still selling, we just need a few more angles to get the job done.
Some helpful hints: make your needed repairs, keep the right price from the beginning, know the agents in the area, be workable in showings, and consider all bids. We advertise in four states: Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, and Illinois. We do as many as 3-4 newspaper ads per week, signs, information flyers, two web sites, www.wisconsinlistingnetwork.com, and www.dmarshallrealty.com, plus new online newspaper spots that advertise pop up ads hourly. We may be a small firm, but we can give you HUGE results.
